The pranayama practice was something I really missed doing immediately after an asana practice and what a wonderful pair it was🙇🏻‍♀️

Exploring new ways to dragon tail. Using a block elevated me to get a deeper stretch in my quads which needed some extra TLC today. Loved the nature set. I hope to make it to Yosemite one day🙌🏽✨

That moment when you know how to fine tune the pose in your body is like the best version coming into fruition. Allowing you to land and bask into stillness. My heart feels so full right now❣️

I didn’t realize I had done this practice recently but so worth the repeat! I think it’s also a sign it should be marked as a fav🩶This reset is just what my nervous system needed to start the day. I am so grateful for these practices 🙇🏻‍♀️

Great building blocks sequence to get some stretches and sprinkled with movement. Yin Yang Yum!!

Such a delightful way to start the morning. I liked the open knee to twist flow and stayed a bit longer on the twist to find an audible release in the sacrum. Your gentle voice guided my breath into a peaceful state🙇🏻‍♀️ Thank you Devi!

I usually give my feet some love while in caterpillar or butterfly by rubbing them a bit while I settle into the pose. So it was nice to have an opportunity to fully focus on the feet. Intense but a great release of energy👣🩶
