Saddle & seza (sp?). Both knees are bone on bone and I just don’t have that ability anymore. I do seza on high blocks and replace saddle will a different front of the hip stretch

Please add more vin-yin classes! Perhaps longer so I can combine my workout with a lovely yin to follow ☺️

Thanks, Devi! Most of those are in my “routine”, along with rag doll and single leg stand (to be space considerate of others, I hold the nonstanding leg bent at the knee in front or to the side).
