Saddle & seza (sp?). Both knees are bone on bone and I just don’t have that ability anymore. I do seza on high blocks and replace saddle will a different front of the hip stretch

Thanks, Devi! Most of those are in my ā€œroutineā€, along with rag doll and single leg stand (to be space considerate of others, I hold the nonstanding leg bent at the knee in front or to the side).

Pleas explain ā€œgoddessā€, as I probably know it by another name.

Looking for advise, please:

I travel, a LOT! This means sitting on a plane 4-6 hours frequently each week. Plus the Uber rides…

I try to do what I can stretching out at the airport prior to boarding, but am looking for possible standing, airport appropriate pose suggestions.
