I didn’t realise how much my body needed the half butterfly variations today. Excellent. I really needed that lovely stretch after being bent over cycling 125km today. Perfect. Thank you.

Absolute perfect for what I needed today. My hips were feeling so tight so I did a search and this session appeared. Supported Dragon was such a lovely pose. Never done that before but will be certainly doing this again. As always, many thanks. You really have changed my body for the better!

Loved doing the bridge pose. Hasn’t done this movement for a while and loved the stretch in the front hips. Great practise. Many thanks

Perfect for me today but too short for me as really needed a very good stretch so did it twice! Perfect!!

For me it’s pigeon pose. I think it’s just I have tight muscles and I know when I do them in your lessons I’m happy to do them but I’m secretly delighted if I do a Hips and Thighs lesson and they aren’t in it!!

Just what I needed today. Didn’t feel like my usual default videos so chose this which was perfect. Needed a hip stretch but for today this was perfect! Many thanks

Loved the variation of square pose by putting your legs on the floor rather than on top of each other which was lovely on my right side but had to result to figure four on my left side as my knee started to hurt. I’m assuming I have tighter hips on my left side?

Otherwise great slow session to have time to experiment with the movements. Thanks
