Thank you Devi, perfect ending to my day,i needed the whole session to calm myself for my days to come, the movements were just great for my saw body today and the bonus was the view and most of all the bird song accompaniment - takes me to ‘my happy place’ an absolute bonus thank you🙏

Lovely practice. - had to leave my shoelaces slightly untied both sides as hips really wouldn’t release. I will try again tomorrow - thank you

A morning spent forest bathing, this afternoon swatching all my sumi-e colour pallets, now this a perfect day of personal time and deep relaxation loved this silent Yin, perfect closure for my day thank you Devi. I wish I had this 50 or so years ago I might have succeeded in my attempts at astrol projection in those days. It has left wanting more of this tomorrow thank you

In my recovery from a stroke back in 2023 QiGong was a daily exercise/moving meditation I did every day that slowly after a year moved into various forms of yoga three times a day usually finishing the day with your Yin yoga/restorative/somatic with a NSDR/Nidra.  All great therapy and still is, but I had let my QiGong slip so this session has inspired me to bring my QiGong sessions back into my daily practice - so thank you for that.  My meditation time also moved to studying Sumi-e painting which for me is all about breathing which this session brought that to the forefront of my mind again. Thank you Devi

Just the perfect end to my day - thank you
