Daily classes, Tuesday Yin Hour, and a new Yin Yoga Foundations program
January is always a big time for yoga inspiration, and it's not just about New Year's resolutions. In the northern hemisphere, we're emerging from a season of darkness – which prompts us to take stock of what's important and to shed what we don't need.
This is a natural response to nature's rhythms, helping us clarify our values and goals. We emerge into the light, seeing what's important to create a more meaningful life.
This is why I've added some enticing things to the January yoga menu for us all. The yoga calendar begins with daily classes from Jan 1–11, including Yin Hour on Jan 6, where we'll honor the new year with a community practice on Zoom.
On January 12th, we launch the new Yin Yoga Foundations program – a 9-day journey exploring the nuts and bolts of yin. You'll be on your mat while you learn the unique approach and philosophy of yin yoga, gaining detailed insights to deepen your practice. This program is exclusive to the app, and you'll be able to watch it at your own pace anytime after it launches.
