I have exciting news about a top-secret project I’ve been working on – I’ve created a Chair Yoga Deck! It’ll be released on April 7th through Penguin Random House. 

It's a beautifully illustrated 75-card deck with a companion booklet. The publisher reached out to me for this project because of my passion for making yoga accessible to all. As you know, chair yoga is great for seniors and anyone looking to add more movement to their life – including office workers and those recovering from illness or injury.
