Thank you Devi! I enjoyed the elephant and eagle today. Also, grateful for the invitation to open into some "yang" yoga along with the yin. I feel calm and more awake in my body/mind/heart after the practice. :-)

Thank you Devi for this peaceful practice. I really enjoyed your discussion of absorption... the body and the breath as magnet. Also, in the 'banana pose' I enjoyed holding onto one wrist with the other hand to feel both the rotation and the elongation. Before the final relaxation, I went back 15 minutes in the video (which I often do) and had a long rest with legs up the couch--breathing in the light into the spaces--divine. I could hardly even remember banana pose in those moments-- Just in post banana bliss.

My favorite pose was half saddle as my body loves it. I enjoyed exploring the variations of dragon. I was able to feel more sensation than usual in some of the deeper variations. And, I stayed in legs up the wall pose for a long time! Bliss. Thank you.

My spine is thanking you! In the saddle pose I supported with two meditation cushions (one under back, one under head)rather than a bolster and enjoyed the way the rounded cushions left space for my shoulders and arms to release and soften. Whole body/soul resonating with the practice. Thank you.
