Hi Devi -
Thank you for this. I have done the first four and am enjoying them. One and two were pretty easy. Three was a challenge, especially Wild Thing, as was full saddle in four, though I managed lopsided side saddles, right and left. On butterfly, I can reach my toes only if I bend my knees some, or keep legs straight and get my hands to my ankles. (I'm 76 and have practiced yoga seriously only since the start of the pandemic, but am doing 4-6 sessions per week now, mostly vinyassa with the Giacominis.) I am grateful for the physiology and the alternative postures. And it i helpful to watch you as a model. Also, 30 minute segments work well for me. I'm doing them right before sleep.
Two administrative comments. It does not seem possible to get to the lesson from the daily prompt, only by going back to the 21-day master schedule. And some of the music crescendos in four might be louder than you intended, almost startling. Thanks again. Quite wonderful.
