Hi Devi, this was like a little gift for the new year! Thank you. I hope I can try the 21 day challenge. IF sounds fun too. I naturally have never eaten breakfast because I’m not hungry in the morning and it’s nice that we are finally admitting that it’s “ok” to skip that meal!! Another reminder to listen to your own body. I forgot to comment that any yoga options to build strength…maybe using body weight would be great.
