I'm playing catch up with this one as I had a busy week last week. I do love all of the variations and propping ideas that you give. I feel I make more time for these during home practice than I did in class and don't hesitate to pause the video when it might help. It's all helping me find access for my own particular body type. Even a simple cue to use the elbow to help the opposite shoulder find the ground when reclining in cattail pose was quite helpful. I don't mind hearing these things again in the different videos as I am not a quick study with these things. I'm always learning. I appreciate these explorations very much, including our rests, in between sides or poses, to focus on how what I am doing makes me feel. This is how I learn best and why I am most grateful for your guidance. Thanks, Devi!

Devi, Whenever I do sphinx or seal pose I feel my pubic bone uncomfortably pushing into the mat. Do you have a likely correction for this by chance, sight unseen?

I know I'll be returning to this one. My hips can always use some extra attention, it seems. I like the gentle, targeted, accessible poses.I continue to try your various suggestions, not hesitating to pause the video to grab a prop and resettle.I am enjoying exploring in that way. Ahhhhh. Much better now.

I liked having an upper body focused class. Wind in the Willows is becoming more of a flow for me now after a few go rounds. I like it!

Happy for the recording, as a power outage dashed my plans to join you live! Sleeping Swan was my yogi's choice for outer hips today. Thanks for including all the possibilities for modifications. While knees aren't a huge issue for me, I did find greater comfort in Swan & Half Butterfly by exploring some of your suggestions.I like the mix of the length of the classes that are being offered. I haven't tried the Zoom platform for yoga classes, but I am liking the quality of the videos you are producing here. I liked the live class today, although I was not with you in real time. It felt like more of a check-in and was a nice addition to the mix.

I am learning to like Yang Yoga! I was definitely all kinds of wobbly during the last half of the video, but I will repeat this a few times in the coming days to get my, um, "choreography" down. Good one, Devi! Thanks.

I've been doubling up on Yin as suggested as I am new to Yang Yoga. I appreciate this basics video to get up to speed. I quite like the complement to Yin!
