We have lots of wild brush turkeys around here and they do what turkeys do best - scratch the garden to smitherines ! 😹

Hi, I'm Toni from near Sydney, Australia.    I've done yoga on and off for 63 years and have benefited even from that haphazard practice.  Last year I discovered yin yoga at a local studio and then found Devi on YouTube.   After doing a few classes I decided to join her community and now am about to do the teacher training.   Not to become a teacher but to learn more.   I'm 80 now and finding yin helps me to walk tall, kind of more teased out.  My body and being  love it.

Really enjoyed this class !  I find that the way I feel each day affects how the class feels.  Like some days I kind of hold myself tight and it can take half way through the pose to actually realise.  Thanks Devi 🙏

2 years ago I did a Iyengar yoga workshop and at the end the teacher told us to not lose what we had gained and get on our mat EVERY day, even if it is just a few minutes.  I took that to heart and continued on with great results.  Then about 5 months ago I found you, Devi, and changed to my daily yin practice.  My body has loosened and straightened in leaps and bounds.  I loooove getting on my mat with you every morning to benefit my body bit by bit.  🙏

Lovely start to the morning.  I didn't want to stop so did a few more stretches as well. 🙏

I will have grandchildren for the next few days and was wondering how I was going to get my yoga time !

Problem solved with this delicious little routine ! 🙏I love this sequence. 🙏April - got the little ever demanding kids again so here I am with this 15 mins that they seem to accept and it also kickstarts my day/ 🙏
