Well, that was perfect for my "broken" body after a loooooong day at the Sydney Royal Easter show yesterday in the heat, with a heavy back pack, walking on asphalt and keeping track of the kids.   Felt like I'd been "run over by a bus" this morning and this lovely sequence has helped rejuvenate me enormously.  🙏
