Golden Seed is so wonderful.  Haven't got it down pat yet.  The combination of yin/yang is nice too.  🙏

  I love your outdoor, in person, classes Devi !For me, I like to go just past my edge and see how I go, if it's too much I back off a little.It's interesting that you mentioned the intricacies of music.Just last week I thought I would try a yin class on YouTube with a different teacher (just for the contrast, if any).   I tried three different people's classes but couldn't stick with them because, in each case, to be able to hear their voice clearly I had to have the volume at a level where the music just took over, it was kind of in front of their voice.  I've noticed that when you do music it is very subtle.I liked your idea of people playing their own music while doing the class.🙏

First of all, when I heard Meditation, I considered changing to another class.Then realised that I must be here for a reason.So glad I stayed because there was a lot to learn (specifically not to "fear" meditation). . This class is going into my favourites.For shoelace I did sleeping swan.Because shoelace and square are pretty inaccessible to me andDeer doesn't give me much of a stretch.Thanks for this very special class Devi 🙏ps loved all the noise of real life x
