Not feeling at all well today so looked for something short and meaningful.  This was perfect.

I go to 2 or 3 local yoga classes per week and Love to have your shorter, oh so delicious, classes in between. . .  My body is changing since doing yin with you Devi ! 🙏

Often I don't sleep much at night and last night was one of those.  As I like to get on my mat every day, I looked for a little practice that would suit my tired body.  This was magnificent for that and I feel grateful to have found it this morning.  Thanks for all your amazing variety Devi 🙏

Well what as delicious practice that was.  I learned, through the long holds, that after letting go of all my muscles, I then start to slightly tighten again, then there was enough time to let go again.   With the sleeping swan I put a cushion under the opposite shoulder to the bent leg - found that supremely comfortable so that was a nice "find".  Also, with the block under sacrum, I put a thin cushion to make more comfort for my dear ole bones.
