FAQ

Q: I'm getting an error that says my email address "has already been taken"

A: It's likely you're trying to sign in on the page that prompts you to start a new account. Since you're already a member, you can't do that so you might receive an error. So instead, look below the sign-up area for the small print that says: "Already have an account? Log in"

If that doesn't work, then try resetting your password. Go to the login page and click the "Forgot Password" link. 

If you're still unable to log in, contact team@devidalyyoga.com. In your email please include the device you're using, the browser name, and a description or screenshot of the error message you are seeing when you try to log in.


Q: I'm unable to log in. My email or account is not recognized, or I'm getting an error message.

A: We're sorry you're having trouble accessing the site. 

Sometimes the culprit is an outdated or incompatible web browser. The site works well with the latest versions of Safari, Chrome and Firefox browsers but is *not* compatible with Internet Explorer. Make sure you've updated to the latest version of your browser.

The second thing is to try resetting your password. Go to the login page and click the "Forgot Password" link. 

Third, try restarting your browser. 

If you still can't log in, restart your computer. 

If you're still unable to log in, contact team@devidalyyoga.com. In your email please include the device you're using, the browser name, and a description or screenshot of the error message you are seeing when you try to log in.

Q: How can I get a receipt or see billing history?
A:  Go to the My Account page and click the Billing tab near the top of the page.

Q: How do I change the email address on my account?
A:  Go to the My Account page and type the new email address.

Q: How can I add a photo headshot to my comments?
A:  Go to the My Account page and click the circle where it says Avatar

Q: I haven't gotten any of the email updates from Devi Daly Yoga
A: Please add devi@devidaly.com to your email contacts and white list, to ensure our emails don't go to spam. Contact team@devidalyyoga.com if you'd like the last update to be forwarded to you.

Q: Can I buy a gift card for a friend or family member?
A: Yes! Gift cards are available for 1 month, 2 months, 3 months, 6 months or 1 year. Buy a gift card here

Q: I want to pause my subscription

A: Subscriptions cannot be paused, so the only option is to cancel it. See instructions below. Please note, if you cancel and restart, you may lose your current subscription rate. Rates have gone up, and you can check the current rates on the join page to see if you'll be letting go of a past low rate that you won't be able to get back.

Here's how to cancel 
- Go to the My Account page. 
- Click the Billing tab near the top of the page
- Scroll down to the Active Plan section and click the Change Plan button 
- Click Cancel Membership
