Q: I'm unable to log in. My email or account is not recognized, or I'm getting an error message.
A: We're sorry you're having trouble accessing the site.
Sometimes the culprit is an outdated or incompatible web browser. The site works well with the latest versions of Safari, Chrome and Firefox browsers but is *not* compatible with Internet Explorer. Make sure you've updated to the latest version of your browser.
The second thing is to try resetting your password. Go to the login page and click the "Forgot Password" link.
Third, try restarting your browser.
If you still can't log in, restart your computer. This often clears the problem.
If you're still unable to log in, contact firstname.lastname@example.org. In your email please include the device you're using, the browser name, and a description or screenshot of the error message you are seeing when you try to log in.

A: Please add email@example.com to your email contacts and white list, to ensure our emails don't go to spam. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you'd like the last update to be forwarded to you.
Q: I want to cancel my subscription.

- Go to the My Account page.
- Click the Billing tab near the top of the page
- Scroll down to the Active Plan section and click the Change Plan button
- Click Cancel Membership
