Complete Weekly Yin is a two-week program of 1-hour classes designed to optimize your time on the mat for increased flexibility, greater calm, and more balanced energy.
There are 3 sessions for each week: a full body session, a session focused on the hips, and a session focused on the spine.
When you commit to a regular routine of Yin Yoga for 60 minutes, 3 times a week you’ll find the maximum benefits of increased flexibility along with calm and balanced energy.
Each practice begins with a few minutes of centering breathing and relaxation before shifting into a short somatic warmup. It then settles into the yin sequence, where postures are held for 3 minutes each with 1 minute rebounds. The practices finishes with an extended period for deep relaxation in savasana and seated meditation.
